Very impressed with the appartments, they were very clean and modern, the staff were most helpful.Ideally situated for the tramway into the beautiful city of Montpellier. Would strongly recommend.
The front desk staff were excellent. The apartment was lovely. I would recommend this hotel but forewarn future guests that there is no shop of anykind within easy walking distance.
I had a very big problem with the towels which were dried by not washed before being put into the bathroom. They may appear clean but the smell gives it away immediately. This would put me off this hotel
Free wifi, everything looked new, simple and pleasant design.
I stayed in a room facing the main street and had to listen to whatever happened outside.
Good, clean and efficient.
The pool was out of order which was very disappointing as it is what I was looking forward to all day!
The apartment was clean and reasonably well equipped and it was nice to have a balcony to eat on.
The location is really pretty uninspiring. There are no nearby shops that you can wander to - getting breakfast supplies is an expedition. The hotel feels partially built, the swimming pool was empty, no laundry facilities. It would be ok if you were working nearby and just wanted somewhere comfortable to crash.
Clean and quiet. Place good for short city trip.
The place is advertised as having a swimming pool but it is far from that. There appeared to be a sort of a paddle with not very clean water inside. The staff did not advice to take a swim.
Good facilities. There is a big shopping centre a few minutes from the hotel with plenty of restaurants which is ideal for a late dinner. You can easily park outside the hotel so I think paying for the parking is unecessery.
Hotel is a bit tricky to find since the entrance is on the side road.
Pool, modern building, friendly staff, good room and bed. Facillities like tv and kitchenette in room is nice late check in to 23.00
Ants in my room even though balcony was closed. Fridge was way too loud and I couldn't sleep. I had to pull it out and disconnect it. Hotel is across from Fire station! Bad for sleep, Location was very bad, no transport besides taxi. Need bus to city. Not even a path on the road outside the hotel.
The room and en-suite were very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped.
The hotel was about a 15 minute walk from the nearest tram stop and although the distance itself wasn't a problem, you have to cross a very busy roundabout as it is through the business district. I would not recommend this to families who don't have a car. Also, the hotel is situated directly next to the fire station meaning that sirens were going off from 7am in the morning. Not great if you want a relaxing stay!
The facility is nicely designed and comfortable, although not yet totally finished. the garden looks more like a concrete car park than a garden
when we found mite in our bed and asked the front desk to change the bed cloth, they handed us a pack of sheets for "self-help" and added that mites are "nature" so we shouldn't worry about them. Not really the most forthcoming reaction of hotel staff.
The apartments look very new, the personal is really good and the facilities are premium.
The hotel is too far away from the city. There is public transportation, but it would be better having a car.
Its proximity to city centre; self-catering facilities; easy parking; dog-suitable and friendly. Staff very welcoming and dealt well when too many people turned up for breakfast!
Breakfast food not very inspiring eg no fresh fruit, no freshly baked croissants, no eggs/cheese. At 9 euros each one would do better to self cater breakfast. Only other problem was lack of Internet access in the evening we were there.
Size of rooms including kitchen.
The pool does not open until 10:00h. The location is in a mixed use area.
Conveniently placed for our needs near to family. It was also quiet and had the facilities - bath/shower and light cooking facilities and free WiFi -that we required.
During our 5 day stay there was no room servicing. It therefore lacked a "hotel" feel but I expect if asked something could be provided. We did not test this. In view of that it might be considered a little expensive. The place is fairly new - we stayed there a year ago when it was just opened - there is still a somewhat unfinished atmosphere.
Location was good
1. Stayed 5 nights and room was never cleaned or linen changed also had to seek assistance with ant insects . 2. They also had a security guard with a German Shepard dog that barked at everyone and frightened guests. 3. Parking was also very limited . 4.Storag space not good enough for 5 night stay
